The amended new Rules were published by the Secretary of State and became effective on December 9, 2010.
NOTE: If you have taken a Certified Renovator Class and your Firm is a Certified Firm with EPA prior to December 9, 2010, you are "Grandfathered" for the duration of your certificate (5 years).
If you did not become a Certified Renovator or Certified Firm prior to December 9, 2010, you are now required to certify with GA EPD. Below are the forms.

You must be a Certified Firm to do the work and TO ADVERTISE to do the work.
